EMEA Marketing Specialist for Events

As part of the EMEA Marketing Team, the EMEA Marketing Specialist for Events is responsible for managing all the events around the EMEA region, from strategic planning, organization, brand positioning and marketing activities to follow up the events and calculate ROI. The position takes care of the full organization of regional events and also cooperates with local distributors in each country in the organization of local events,

The EMEA Marketing Specialist for Events also develops regional projects and concepts for ESET events, materials to support the sponsorship of 3rd party events, and organizes internal events for the company.

The position has a good potential to then develop in the future into a Marketing Specialist not only focused on events but in more strategic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates EMEA events including project plan, booth assets, event execution/attendance, integrated marketing, results reporting
• Proposes and executes along with PR and Marketing department event campaign/strategy to attract target group and achieve event goals
• Proposes event content orientation, agenda and structure
• Define EMEA event metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against them
• Travel as needed and attend all local events for effective show participation
• Project management of multiple, concurrent activities to ensure completion within target dates, managing shifting priorities
• Coordinate updates to show materials as necessary including graphic design, printing and production
• Recognize current and changing trends that can be utilized to increase success for shows and events
• Track event expenses through a specified budget, including budget-to-actual performance
• Report results on various campaigns and analyze results
• Manage booth assets including updating creative and new purchases as needed
• Coordinate event logistics
• Work with outside vendors to source promotional itemsWork is checked through consultation and agreement, rather than formal review of supervisor. Acts as a senior member of a team to implement technology solutions and services for security website, personnel identification, incident reporting, case management and system validation.
