Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our HR department at ESET Bratislava is seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to help with the ongoing development and improvement of employees' skills, management of their potential and overall long-term organizational development.
This position will work on the development and implementation of programs and initiatives in the areas of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Training and Development. Will act as a project manager of ESET Development programs. Additionally, will cooperate with HR Manager on developing global talent strategy. Ability to work with individuals in all levels of the organization is necessary as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description
- Design and implement methodology for assessment and development of employees’ skills and talents.
- Run the nomination process for key and high potential employees.
- Design and implement mentoring and coaching methodology. Build a network of internal/external coaches and mentors. Obtain regular feedback from program/training participants, mentors and coaches.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance reviews and consultation with employees, managers and human resources team members.
- Design, implement, and develop training initiatives, plans and programs for all employees. To include specialized tailor made programs for key employees, programs new managers, coaching programs for senior managers, etc.
- Design internal development programs for talented university students and graduates.
- Perform trainings sessions and internal HR presentations to support implementation and administration of HR processes (e.g. performance management) and organizational changes
- Organize, monitor, and measure effectiveness of development programs
- Prepare talent management strategy for ESET Slovakia as well as global organization, collaborate with subsidiaries on implementation of the talent strategy
- Prepare and administrate engagement survey, manage follow up activities to maintain employee engagement
- Closely cooperate with HR Business Partners, line managers, and top management

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- Minimum of 4 years hands-on talent development experience

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.
