EMEA Partner Network Specialist

We are looking for Partner network specialist, who will have to be very result-driven with good analytical thinking and skills, with ability to drive mid and long term projects within the partner network. Experience with partner network support in EMEA region is a must.



Responsibilities:

1. Invoice management, invoicing report preparation and confirmation with partners, order issue and updating ivoicing reports for regular and new specific products and channels
2. Daily communication with the partners, serve as an interface for back office support requested, feedback collection on open topics, reporting and issues, daily check of communication on the team list
3. Support on EMEA wide projects to project responsible sales manager in gathering data from partners, updating data and details, maintaining a list of open topics with each partner on the projetcs
4. Business support tasks: Updates on competition in the regions (promotions, products, channels, bundles, OEM, other activities), analyzing the economic, business situation in the region, gathering data about the HW sales, and other trends which can influence sales of our products
5. Leads management: (bi)weekly update with partners on the lead nurturing adn maintaining the database with updates on leads and analysis of losing leads
6. Reporting:

• Periodic report creation of each partner performance, identification of changes, collection of growth drivers from channels/partners and detailed report preparation to management.
• Financial reporting to management/cross reporting with finance
• Reporting to partners (monthly reports, special reports on demand) – aligning our reports with partner’s reports
• Collection of reports from partners (as per the SDA) and analysis
• Country specific economy/IT trends collections

7. Responsibility for basic activities in 3-4 countries to understand the business model and importance and necessary structure of data, report , details and documents supplied for partners
8. Other tasks according the team lead instructions
