Assistant for Project Management

Windows platform development team is looking for a new member who will unburden software engineers and its leaders from routine management tasks such as updating plans, monitoring timely response to huge amount of support tickets, bugs and tasks from other departments; someone who will monitor internal processes and write meeting notes etc. The assistant will be in daily contact with developers, product managers, testers and technical support members. The successful candidate must have interest in IT topics and must have good inter-personal skills, high-level knowledge of IT terminology and computer/OS architecture. Sense of humor is a plus 
Responsibilities:

• Reading and classification of importance of e-mails based on its severity, the same for calls and tasks assigned in an issue tracking system. Escalating problems if necessary.
• Daily monitoring of status of hundreds of tasks assigned to the department.
• Issue tracking system administration
• Rewriting of verbally given instructions into formal documents or tasks for other assignees (tracked in a system).
• Arranging meetings with other teams/departments based on instructions
• Attending meetings, reporting progress status and writing meeting notes
• Providing administrative support for software engineers
• Regularly checking status and/or reminding things that were postpone until “later”
• Writing of reports
