Internal Communications Specialist

We're looking for creative and flexible Internal Communications Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have to prove brilliant writing skills in Slovak and English language and share a portfolio of his/her texts with us in both languages (blogs, articles, whatever in written form that you are proud of). He/she has to have eye to detail and sound knowledge of grammar rules. Good sense of humor is a must. (IT Crowd/Black Books/Big Bang Theory is a good benchmark.:)

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic global internal communications plan ensuring messages from management are properly communicated to internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring communication strategy is consistent, to the point and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
• Driving improvement of international communication between ESET HQ and its branches (EMEA, LATAM, NORAM & APAC, etc.).
• Designing and implementing internal communications tools and channels to support company philosophy, culture and employee engagement.
• Redesigning and maintaining Intranet as a key internal communications tool in cooperation with IT department.
• Managing internal communications output.
• Work with company units in order to ensure organization of explanatory meeting related to company directives and procedures.
• Suggesting what information should be presented to employees.
• Supporting ideas with research and experience.
• Ensuring consistent framing of messages in the company.
• Editing and revising content for online & offline media and tools.
• Preparing/designing/editing internal publications such as ESET magazine and annual reviews production.
• Accountable for Corporate Social Responsibility agenda covering fundraising, charity, sponsoring, ESET participation in various voluntary, cultural, educational, social and environmental projects.
