SMB Business Manager

The primary goal of this position is to be responsible for the generation of revenue from the Small & Medium Business segments through the creation and execution of specific plans to be deployed in specific countries, territories or at global level. SMB Business Manager will also be responsible for leading the implementation of specific processes and tools to support the SMB segment sales, as well as develop best practices based on the experience from ESET and its partners.


Job description, responsibilities and duties:

• Responsibility over the expenses budget for the development of the SMB segment
• Develop programs, plans and actions to maximize ESET sales from the SMB segment according to the company strategy
• Responsibility over the processes related to Leads & Opportunities management
• Develop programs, plans and actions to support the Leads & Opportunities process, from the generation of the leads to close the opportunities
• Execution of the projects that are focused in maximizing our sales, both direct and indirect, in the SMB segment
• Responsibility over the revenue generated from the plans and projects executed by the SMB Sales Manager
• (Initially) Indirect responsibility over the SMB segment revenue that’s generated from other regions and teams
• Coordination of activities to gather information from the market and customers regarding their requirements for future business products and services
• Coordinate direct sales efforts to pursue specific multi-national customers with offices and locations in different countries
• Implementation of the SMB segment strateguy across specific territories
• Support partners and offices in the development of the SMB segment
• Define KPIs for all implemented programs and plans, measuring and reporting results and suggesting new actions in order to maximize the sales performance in the SMB segment
