Job description, responsibilities and duties
For the Department “Process Management”, we are searching for a Process Management Specialist. The Department is dedicated to provide skillful and highly qualified process management specialists within the entire Erste Group IT INT area. Team is accountable for definition, training, coaching and implementation of Process Management (PcM) methodology, organization and tools. It thereby supports projects, programs as well as line function with process management know-how from methodological point of view.
On the job tasks / responsibilities :
* maintain and further develop overall methods and standards in Process Management (Tools, Methodology & Communication)
* work on our Process Map and Process Management Policy
* prepare and moderate process management workshops

Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
* offer at least 3 years of experience as a Process Manager
* provide a profound background and in-depth know-how of process management, know process structures, mapping etc. and have experience in process analysis and process improvements projects/initiatives
* have excellent ARIS and MS Office knowledge
* fluent in English (spoken & written)
* German and/or other Slavic languages advantage
* bring in a structured and analytical way of thinking paired with a hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude
* are a strong personality able to resolve conflicts without escalation and to cope with pressure and stress
* enjoy working in international teams and with colleagues from different company hierarchies
