Head of Division Markets and Risk (m/f)

Erste Group IT International (EG IT INT) is the IT service provider of Erste Group, supplying solutions to all entities. It provides development, implementation and integration as well as operation of group-wide solutions. Aimed at offering the best service at the best price, EG IT INT plays a key strategic role within Erste Group.

YOU:

• have strategic responsibility for the project portfolio of the division and support run the bank and optimization activities
• focus on the delivery of projects and customer orientation as well as on taking care of the efficient and result-oriented management of internal and external suppliers in your departments
• encourage the active cooperation and communication with other IT units
• drive special projects actively, act as a role model for your department heads and communicate transparently with peers, senior management, business partners and most of all your team
• strengthen and develop the business consulting and service delivery mind set and competences further, especially for in-house IT solutions
• act responsibly regarding financial management, budget- and resource planning
• are resilient regarding on-going changes and act service- and solution oriented towards various stakeholders
• bring at least 5 years of experience as strong leader in a management position with strong business partner orientation and communication skills as well as excellent knowledge in project and project portfolio management
• bring good knowledge of IT topics, software development and system integration, banking know how would be a strong asset as well as experience in the financial business
• have excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• dispose of a proven ability to mentor and develop a team of managers
• are a proactive, responsible and result-driven personality with the ability to handle uncertainties related to organisational and market changes and negotiation and conflict management skills
• offer a structured and analytical way of thinking paired with hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
