Business Analyst (m/f)

s IT Solutions is the IT solutions provider of Erste Group and is responsible for the development, implementation and servicing of banking software and its operations. About 3300 people work with s IT Solutions in Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.

YOU:
  • are responsible for analysing, reviewing and editing business specifications/requirements and recommendations considering technical/data interdependencies and translating them into feasible processes
  • ensure a proper level of documentation for the business requirements
  • support the responsible business during the testing process by designing and developing test cases
  • act as a Single Point of Contact for stakeholders
  • assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
  • have an educational background in finance or related business disciplines and offer profound experience in writing business and technical oriented documentations/specifications, Project Management experience is beneficial
  • offer bank know-how especially in Treasury, Backoffice and FX topics
  • are experienced in the design, development, optimisation and documentation of specific business processes
  • bring excellent German and English skills (written and verbal)
  • have solid organisational skills and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as advanced presentation and reporting skills
