Business Analyst Credit Limit System (m/f)

s IT Solutions is the IT solutions provider of Erste Group and is responsible for the development, implementation and servicing of banking software and its operations. About 3300 people work with s IT Solutions in Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.

YOU:
  • will be a part of the evaluation and implementation project for the new Credit Limit Management solution
  • analyze and challenge the business requirements and translate them into feasible processes and solutions (Client Requirement Specifications)
  • review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
  • ensure a proper level of documentation for the business requirements
  • identify and recommend changes in order to increase the project result quality and organizational performance
  • analyze interdependencies within the project components and between context projects from technical and data perspective together with project teams, business and IT
  • support and advise the project managers and the implementation team in understanding the requirements and contribute to implementation decisions and effort estimation
  • assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
  • design and develop test cases and support the responsible business during the testing process
  • have an educational background in IT, finance or related business disciplines and knowledge of banking business models
  • offer profound experience in writing business and technical oriented documentations/specifications as well as with the design, development, optimization, documentation and implementation of risk management related business processes
  • are experienced in leading IT solution providers (both internal and external) to deliver specified results
  • have an excellent command of German and English (written and oral)
  • bring analytical skills including the ability to assess and decompose financial service processes as well as strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and advanced presentation and reporting skills
  • are flexible, resilient and eager to perform in a fast-paced, innovative environment
