Analyst (f/m) Credit Risk Reporting, Bratislava

The Risk Division of Erste Group Bank AG will set up a Service Center (Erste Group Service Center) in Bratislava. The Service Center is supposed to offer services for the Risk Division in Vienna related to the operations quantitative methods and validation, compliance, projects and reporting.

The unit Group Credit Risk Reporting is in charge of internal and external Credit Risk Reporting activities for Erste Group including regulatory disclosures as well as servicing Investor Relations and other key stakeholders with risk management information. Other activities include the design and implementation of consistent group wide Credit Risk reporting standards and the enhancement of the Credit Risk Management information systems.

YOU:
  • ensure relevant communication on Erste Group wide level re. new FINREP Risk reporting and other risk type
  • analyze all kinds of information needs
  • provide adequate responses in close collaboration within the Credit Risk Reporting Team
  • support Erste Group local banks and their dedicated local contact persons in all information needs for new FINREP Risk and other risk types
  • communicate and align within the Erste Group reporting standards and requirements
  • support the collaboration within Risk and other key stakeholders of Erste Holding on a day-to-day basis
  • have a University degree, preferred in Banking and Finance
  • have several years of experience in Banking industry with clear focus on Risk Management
  • possess solid knowledge of the banking sector and related regulatory requirements
  • show strong communication and collaboration skills
  • bring high motivation to work in a young, dynamic and diverse team
  • know English very well, German and/or a CEE language would be an advantage
