Erste Group Bank AG will set up a Service Center (EGSC) in Bratislava. The EGSC will supplement the existing structure of the Risk Division. The Bratislava Service Center is supposed to offer services for the Risk Division in Vienna related to the operations quantitative methods and validation, compliance, projects and reporting.

The Group Risk Operating Office is an integrated staff unit within the department Group Risk Operating Office. Its core function is the centralized administration support to the managers and professionals of the complete Risk-Division.

As team member of EGSC you will be part of new services model built up in Bratislava. We are looking for flexible personalities who are eager to learn and bring in their competencies and engagement to create with the new colleagues an efficient and excellent working organization. Office management support in EGSC Bratislava – direct contact to local office suppliers
  • Overview and order-management of office material in Bratislava
  • Support of the unit in Bratislava in close cooperation with the office in Vienna
  • Meeting organization of core meetings within the CRO Division (incl. catering, rooms, invitation)
  • Support of travel management
  • Overview and support of parking-lots, meeting rooms, entry passes and
  • guest-meal cards and conferences
  • IT Coordinator
YOU:
  • have at least 1 years’ experience in office management
  • have very good organizational skills
  • are highly communicative and a stable personality
  • operate with a high customer orientation and a high preciseness
  • are highly solution-oriented and have the ability to “get things done”
  • have good English and Slovaks skills in written and verbal communication - German language of advantage
