Planning and Financial Controlling

The department is part of the Group Controlling division, which is responsible for the internal and external group financial management reporting, providing insights and support on the business performance for top and middle management of the group. The respective job offer is focusing on the production and analysis of the Group Segment results taking actual and budgeted/forecasted developments into consideration. Business performance is measured for the consolidated result as well as for single entity results, business segments and products. Besides from that, the team is responsible for the group wide planning and forecast process and the consolidated Group budget/forecast reported to top management.

YOU

• produce monthly consolidated segment report
• prepare reports for the top and middle management focusing total Group and individual business results
• analyse financial data and draw conclusions on the Group’s performance
• support the local controlling units in monthly segment report process and group requirements
• collaborate with local controlling units and Group departments (Accounting, Risk Management, ALM) to assure reconciliation and understand the performance of the business results
• maintain and develop automatized Group reports and analysis with top management quality
• have a university degree in business administration or comparable and at least 3 years of experience in controlling & finance
• possess in depth knowledge of controlling processes in an international environment, and on managerial accounting in the financial services industry
• communicate fluently in English and German; CEE language skills are advantageous
• have excellent knowledge of MS Tools (Excel, PP …). Tagetik, VBA knowledge is a great advantage
• work as a team player and are used to perform your tasks independently and under time pressure
• possess strong networking and communication skills (verbal and written)
• have excellent analytical skills, flexibility and strong problem solving capabilities
