Job description, responsibilities and duties

Group Talent Management and Learning initiates, develops and implements Erste Group-wide strategic HR programs that support the business strategy, HR strategy, people development and value-driven performance culture.

The purpose of this role is to design, align and lead Group and Holding initiatives in the area of HR Development and Talent Management.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and lead international and Holding HR programs and projects (budget, resources, time, people)
• Align selected HR development initiatives across all Erste Group countries
• Develop new or improve existing professional and leadership programmes, services, tools in order to drive a winning leadership culture that is goal oriented and fosters employee development
• Support local talent management initiatives in the Holding
• Develop and roll-out a comprehensive toolbox for managers that will enable them to drive individual development of their team members in an effective and engaging way
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of the existing programmes, analyse quality of delivery, feedbacks, trends and follow-up on the findings with a clear action plan
• Maximize the value added of all such activities by addressing Erste Group’s business needs, HR strategy and external trends/benchmarks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Your offer:

• 7 years of HR experience working in an international company
• Completed Masters Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Change Management and/or Organizational Development qualification
• In-depth knowledge of learning strategies, methods, tools and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and social competence
• Strong business acumen and Global Mindset
• Project Management skills and effective decision-making skills
• Fluent English (CEF – C1) ; working German (CEF - B2)
