As a Technical Analyst (all genders) your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and financial operations by focusing on customer data, services integration, and referring processes in a core banking project. You will ensure the successful execution of project objectives and their alignment with local business and regulatory requirements.

What to do:

• Liaise with business experts to gather and document business requirements for customer account, legal, and compliance products 
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and data for optimization opportunities 
• Create comprehensive functional specifications for IT solutions aligned with business needs 
• Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to implement solutions; coordinate and review UAT and provide support during deployment. 
• Provide ongoing support and insights to ensure the continuous enhancement of customer account, legal and compliance modules. 
• Support the solution manager regarding technical requests 
• Participation in the requirements analysis (including technical/IT architecture analysis) and estimations 
• Ensuring operational stability on the solutions, following the SLAs in place (maintenance and troubleshooting in existing programs) 
• Ensuring clear/transparent documentation by using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) and transparent description of stories/tasks and associated releases by using JIRA and/or other agreed means

You check these boxes:

• Professional experience as Technical Analyst preferred in finance area or similar domains 
• Knowledge of software development and experience in at least one programming language 
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions 
• Strong digital awareness and understanding the of the need of paperless banking 
• Good English and German communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams 
• Experience with Agile delivery methods by using Epics, User Stories and Use Cases including using specific tools like Jira and Confluence 
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800 gross per month for this full time position.
