We are looking for a capable colleague who likes to deal with problems, viewing them in a broader context, has analytical and structured thinking, is willing to learn new things, has healthy self-confidence and an empathetic approach to negotiating with clients and colleagues.
You will become a member of a young team consisting of 25 specialists, with a mainly analytical focus. The majority of projects will be delivered from Bratislava; however, travel is expected to be part of your role. Our clients are global financial groups operating in Central Europe, the US and other regions. We assist them in improving various credit risk management processes, setting of loan loss provisions and calculating capital adequacy, and provide them with consultations in many other risk management-related areas.

Your main responsibilities will be to analyze client data, documents and processes, help more senior colleagues with identification of strengths and weaknesses of bank procedures and propose the most appropriate solutions and improvements to our clients. You will participate in preparation of presentations, proposals and project deliverables (e.g., final reports, new methodology development or new procedure proposals).

• University degree (master’s or higher) in economics, banking or finance
• Knowledge of bank products and financial markets
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Confident manner and well-developed communication skills
• Personal responsibility, proactive approach, self-confidence and desire to learn new things continuously
• Willingness to learn and travel abroad
