Your Responsibilities

• Understand our business strategy, offer relevant support to service lines and become a strategic leader in the company
• Cooperate with the internal Marketing department to prepare a calendar of events
• Determine events with added value and allocate the Country Managing Partner and other Partners to priority business events
• Analyze recruitment needs with the service line leaders (Internship, Graduate & Experienced hiring)
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify the best sourcing channels and recruitment practices
• Brand EY in the market through up-to-minute platforms and programs
• Implement new HR Marketing & Employer Branding activities
• Assess the success of events via surveys
• Make HR external activities visible through internal communication

What we expect

• Five years experience in Recruitment or Marketing
• Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage
• Fluent English
• Project Management
• Self & Time Management
• Negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) on advanced level
