Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Perform preliminary as well as final phase of audits, including the entity's control environment and application of different substantive procedures of audit methodologies
• Perform Slovak statutory audits
• Perform audits in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP
• Review internal accounting controls
• Advise on financial reporting requirements

Required education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

economic or technical

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Economic or technical university degree (max. two years of work experience)
• Fluent English essential
• Any additional European languages (especially German), a plus
• Computer literacy (MS Office, advanced at Excel)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), self-confidence
• Initiative, enthusiasm, readiness to work hard
• Team-player
• Commitment to professionalism
• Experience abroad, such as having international scholarship and work experience, an advantage
