Your Responsibilities

  • Support in the day-to-day work of assigned managers
  • Monitoring, updating and booking assigned manager's agenda
  • Business administration and correspondence
  • Responsibility for internal databases
  • Telephone management - answering and forwarding external phone calls, taking messages and conveying them; connecting internal phone calls
  • Arranging internal and client meetings, including associated rooms and facilities
  • Arranging business trips on behalf of team members. This includes flight, train, car hire, accommodation and assistance with visas as required.
  • Assistance with preparing non-complex documents, meeting notes and other letters
  • Preparation of financial information, handling of incoming invoices
  • Assistance with filling of documents
  • Coordination with other departments of the Firm (Finance, HR, Audit, IT, etc.)
  • Occasional event management - teambuildings

What we expect

  • Previous experience on a similar position is a must (min. 1 year)
  • Fluent English
  • Business correspondence
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) on advanced level
  • Microsoft Office (Lotus Notes) - advantage
  • Outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Strong and precise in organization
  • Professional in their appearance and behavior
