Your Responsibilities
• Assistance in advisory projects related to corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions and transaction support services
• Analysis of accounting and management reports, forecasts and projections
• Analysis of financial statements of target companies
• Research and data preparation for due diligence projects, sale processes and transactions of target projects
• Performance of equity and asset valuations for transaction and IFRS reporting purposes
• Dealing with quantitative finance issues in credit and financial derivatives valuation area
• Analysis and synthesizing discount rates using comparable and CAPM models
• Analysis of accounting and management reports, forecasts and projections
• Analysis of financial statements of target companies
• Research and data preparation for due diligence projects, sale processes and transactions of target projects
• Performance of equity and asset valuations for transaction and IFRS reporting purposes
• Dealing with quantitative finance issues in credit and financial derivatives valuation area
• Analysis and synthesizing discount rates using comparable and CAPM models
What we expect
• Economics, legal or technical university degree (max. two years of work experience)
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Fluent English and Slovak are essential, German is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), self-confidence
• Initiative, enthusiasm, readiness to work hard
• Team-player
• Commitment to professionalism
• Experience abroad, such as having international scholarship and work experience, an advantage
