Legal associate

EY Law, s.r.o. is looking for talented, motivated professionals, who are hard-working and willing to learn, to join their team. Our professionals work closely together with other experts from tax, transaction, business advisory and assurance services to exploit the potential of the global EY network.

• Preparation of legal statements
• Consulting on legal client issues focused mainly on commercial law, labor law, financial law, civil law, corporate law and tax law
• Legal research and analysis plus communication with clients
• Team management; support and development of other team members
• Position of legal trainee (in Slovak advokatsky koncipient) or attorney (in Slovak advokat)

• Law university degree
• Two to four years of practical experience in assisting clients with legal matters
• Fluent Slovak and English essential
• Active German is a plus
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong communication skills, self-confidence
• Initiative, enthusiasm, readiness to work hard
