Your Responsibilities

  • Frontline IT Service Desk;
  • Ticket ownership and coordination of activities which are necessary to resolve a problem (plus keeping users on track);
  • Delivery of service to customers on time and in expected quality;
  • Administration of users in Active Directory and respective applications;
  • Workstation, printer configuration and trouble-shooting;
  • Driving and/or participation in project with the purpose to implement new services to customers or to improve the current quality and/or efficiency of services;
  • HW/SW inventory and software license management

What we expect

  • Previous experience on similar position is required;
  • Windows servers, Active Directory, TCP/IP-based networks;
  • Printer management;
  • Workstation: HW/SW troubleshooting;
  • Platforms: Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Sharepoint, Microsoft Products, Web browsers;
