Transaction Advisory Experienced Consultant specialized in VBM

We are looking for a Senior (experienced consultant) for the Valuation & Business Modelling team in our Transaction Advisory Services division in our Bratislava office.

EY’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice is one of the firm’s four primary business units and offers clients the capability and expertise to advise on any aspect of a transaction. This includes buy-side and sell-side work, covering corporate finance, due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, M&A and other transaction related services.

• University degree
• Business modelling experience on senior level (leading and supervising the workproduct) is a must. Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Proven experience (2 – 4 years) in audit /valuation / transaction related services or other relevant corporate/banking experience
• CFA / ACCA qualification would be a significant advantage
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Methodical approach and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English (both oral and written)
• Project and team management capabilities
• Change-oriented with a flexible approach
• Team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Effective time management
