IT Project Coordinator/ Service Delivery Specialist

ERNI Slovakia is looking for a Project Coordinator, a self-starter who is passionate about technology and welcomes challenges and improvement. You will be the driving force for our SW development partnership projects as you will support our customers and development teams through project coordination, team coaching and service delivery coordination. You will have opportunity to become a coach in Scrum best practices, for our development teams.

Your Tasks:
• Make sure that Scrum principles and practices are properly followed by development team and product owner
• Make sure that developers follow ERNI procedure, as well as design patterns and the best practices
• Take responsibility for the service delivery
• Communicate with project managers and customers
• Report development progress to projects and check if progress is as planned
• Have the accountability of local project delivery
• Make sure that release and sprint goal is achieved
• Manage and resolve impediments
• Proactively communicate any open issues

• Bachelor’s/College Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology
• Working experience in Project management and agile SW delivery
• Proactive and enjoy communicating with people
• You like to learn and undertake further training regularly
• You have done effort estimations and direct communication with customers and project managers
• Familiar with software quality assurance, cooperation with testing team, working on test plans, and design of test environment
