C#/.NET SW Engineer for Risk Modelling Applications

Develop risk modelling applications for one of the most successfull reinsurance company. Be part of international agile team of SW Engineers and risk modelling experts. Focus is mainly on business logic and partly on UI. You will communicate and consult with a customer on daily basis. If you have experience with OOP and are inclined to Mathematics/Statistics contact us.

• Development of new functionalities, design and maintenance of applications
• Close cooperation with customer (world class Swiss reinsurer company) on gathering the requirements
• Participation on process improvements and technology decisions
• Focus on both backend and frontend
• Problem fixing, debugging and writing unit tests
• Regular code reviews
• Be a member of distributed agile development team (Bratislava, Zurich)
• Adhering to international norms
Technologies used:
• C#6, .NET framework 4 and 4.5 (4.6 is coming soon)
• Winforms, WPF
• Oracle database, Entity framework
• GIT, TFS 2015

Required skills:
• Experience with .NET/C# or other OOP
• Interest in statistics/mathematics
• English - upper intermediate (B2). Will be used daily in verbal communication with customer
