Cloud Operations TDA (Technical Design Authority) @Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the Enterprise, Business, Application and Technical Architecture, IT Delivery Models, IT Service environment and the Data Center environment for capacity, suitability, DR strategy, etc. Produce or supervise relevant architecture documentation creation
• Lead capture of detailed inventory for Applications, Server, Network, Storage, IT/Cloud Services, Middleware, Data Base and other infrastructure inventory to identify transformation and consolidation opportunities
• Implement and operate solutions and designs to fulfill business processes and requirements. Hands on knowledge is mandatory as well as the ability to manage suppliers when cloud is provided as a managed service
• Recommend facilities upgrades and/or participate in Data Center designs based on data center assessment and capacity requirements
• Prioritize the transformation/consolidation/optimization opportunities into a recommended Transformation Roadmap. Assist with creation of Financial Model which include Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership models
• Lead the development of a high level integrated architecture roadmap by defining requirements, creating a high level design, estimate sizing, creating functional build specifications, and identifying migration strategies
• Lead the implementation of the transformation/consolidation/optimization plan. Hold meetings with the Project Manager, technologists, and system administrators to schedule, organize, and resolve technical issues

Skills and Experience:
• Data Centre TDA position requires experience across Enterprise IT with broad knowledge of transformation, consolidation, migration and optimization of Data Center Facilities, Compute Infrastructure, IT Services Strategy, Design, Transition and Operation, Cloud Services in Private, Hosted Private and Public Cloud Delivery Models and inclusive of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, IT Service Management/ITIL v2/v3, High Availability and Disaster Recovery planning, Feasibility Analysis and Business Case Development, IT Strategy Development and IT Governance.
• The TDA should be knowledgeable of Business Architecture, Business Applications and Infrastructure elements including servers, operating systems, storage, networking, virtualization, data center facilities, security and infrastructure operations, in traditional, virtualized, private cloud, hosted cloud and public cloud environments (AWS and Microsoft Azure)
• The TDA should have a proven track record in IT Data Center Transformation and Migration programs for global projects. Strong Consulting Skills, Team Leadership Capabilities and Technical TDA Leadership is required along with excellent communication, issues management and problem resolution skills
• The TDA should have a strong security TDA design and compliance background
• Experience supporting Mission Critical Business Applications and Functions
