Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Design excellent graphic artworks that meets the requirements of our internal guidelines
- Prepare final layouts for print and oversee the production process internally or with vendors
- Develop design concepts, brand DNA and guidelines
- Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
- Being responsible for the brand visual identity and the brand creative assets. Protector of the brand
- Drive brand experience and work with partners as well as the ERNI offices worldwide to educate them to ensure brand adoption and correct application
- Create engaging videos and infographics for our social media channels

Personality requirements and skills

- Deep understanding of design, branding and marketing communication principles and practices
- Past work either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and associated video editing and design tools
- Ability to generate concepts and ideas that help to maintain and elevate the brand experience
- Result oriented - ability to achieve the target within given time
- Experience in translating technical business information into compelling visuals, e.g., charts, graphs, informational graphics
- Strong interpersonal skills; can express and present ideas, listen well, and work in a team environment
- Ability to excel at multiple projects at the same time
- Experience with video production and editing
- German language is a plus
