The Social Media and Content Executive will be responsible for social media activities, internal communication as well as content creation and coordination. Candidate will participate in the preparation of communication strategies and management, as well as the evaluation and optimization of communication projects. • Social media marketing:
- Develop social media strategy together with Head of Marketing
- Promote an organization’s use of social media, both externally and internally
- Collect and disseminate social media best practices
- Social media monitoring and reporting
- Creation of innovative social media campaigns that build client brand awareness, increase their fans and followers and drive web traffic and sales
- Maintaining a social media calendar in order to provide relevant social media content daily

• Internal communication:
- Support internal communications function with creation, translation and editing of internal news articles
- Active cooperation and communication with other departments, acting as a liaison role between the marketing team and internal business functions

• Content production:
- Supporting the creation and translation of marketing collaterals including but not limited to; sales presentations and materials, support materials, website contents, blogs, case studies, etc.

Requirements

• BA or MA in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Business Management
• Working proficiency with German (B2) and English (C1) language
• Microsoft Office
• Basic Graphic Design Skills (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Great communication and organization skills
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
