We are a leading Swiss consulting company for IT engineering and consulting with more than 400 employees. We support companies in high tech, financial services, and organizations in the public sector improving ther processes and technologies.
Your responsibilities:
• Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the marketing automation platform
• Create nurturing and scoring programs to support the international marketing organization
• Standardize, cleanses and uploads contact lists into our CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Coordinate, manage, and maintain all demand marketing content (emails, landing pages, downloadable assets, etc.)
• Central point of contact for all change requests
• Supervision of CRM Data Specialist to maintain all CRM databases and keep them up-to-date
• Preparation of CRM data for marketing needs
• Provide actionable, fact-based intelligence and insight that align with objectives, goals and business decisions
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly or ad-hoc marketing KPI summary

Requirements
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience with executing Email marketing campaigns, Marketing automation platform preferred
• Good level of technical expertise (Such as email and web page design, basic HTML experience)
• Stres-resistant personality with ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business level English mandatory, at least communicative level of German required
• Experience with executing Email marketing campaigns, Marketing automation platform preferred
• Good level of technical expertise (Such as email and web page design, basic HTML experience)
