Senior C++ Developer

• Development in C++ as a member of a small team (3)
• Using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
• Problem fixing, debugging, maintanance is a big part of this job
• Doing effective and precise code reviews
• To be able to cover all legacy products
• The maintenance of this software must be ensured for many years in the future
• Take responsibility for own decisions and actions

• Experience with C++ development, preferably 10-15 years
• Experience with plenty of projects from various industries
• Working experience with MFC, DAO, VMWARE
• Working experience software development under Windows
• Ability to work with German documentation and code

Methodical experiences:
• Experiences with OOP/OOD (advantage)

Personal Qualities:
• Analytical and very precise working style
• Responsibility and self-independance
• Ability to coordinate junior colleagues
• Self-motivator when maintanance is a big part of the job
