Social Media Researcher

Your tasks in the position of the Social Media Resourcer will be as follows:

•Extensive use of social media channels on a daily basis, contacting potential candidates and prospects from following areas: Software Development, Test Engineering, Requirements Engineering and Project Management.
•Keeping in touch with the candidates and prospects via email communication, updating internal databases.
•Administrative support of the Recruitment Manager in close collaboration.
•Organization of University and other events for international sites.
•Website maintenance, creation of job ads, interview and appointment coordination.
•Support of marketing demand generation activities (list development, contact identification & development).

•High school/University education
•First work experience in administration or sales activities
•Experience of contacts and activities on different social media platforms, knowledge of searching methods
•High affinity to the IT world and interest to extend knowledge about it
•Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools
•Problem-solving skills, very good organizational skills and drive
•Proficiency in written and spoken English, and ideally German
