Software Engineer in Testing

• You are an independent tester able to handle the agenda of a project consisting of 5 developers
• You are skilled in technologies (potential, anticipated and motivated to grow in a technical way)
• You do command the testing lingo (test strategy - plan - case - bug )
• You can create an atmosphere where the others are following this model/example
• Beside all you have enough energy to push through your testing strategy (we are looking for an endurance, not for the power)

• Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
• Advanced knowledge of test data requirements, supervision of planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
• Advanced knowledge of Test tools
• Advanced knowledge of Test Management, Automation and Defect Tracking
• Experience from different domains
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• German language as advantage
