Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst

We are looking for Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst:

Job description:
• Full responsibility for Software Requirements engineering in many different projects
• Ability to analyze, comprehend and work through a Requirement and Technical documentation
• Requirement analyses, Requirements Specification and Requirement Management
• Systematic planning and control of the Requirements
• Preparing and Writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios related to requirements
• Active communication within other teams assigned on project (design/development team, testing team, PM, etc.)
• Organizations and running of Requirement meetings and reviews
• Functional/Non-functional testing if needed

Technical experiences:
• At least 5 years of Experience in Software Requirements engineering /Business analysis
• Experience with requirement analyses, requirements specification and requirements management
•Knowledge of development processes, methods, concepts and tools (e.g. .NET would be a plus)
• Experience in writing functional test cases, ability to perform tests
• Experience with source code control/document versioning (e.g. TFS)
• Knowledge of required local legislative and statutory requirements
• Able to work with remote teams and members (virtual teams), mentoring skills
• Writing skills, commutation of information
• Strong communication, organization and presentations skills
• English fluent in both speaking and writing

Methodical experiences:
• Very good SCRUM knowledge
• Strong estimations skills and task slicing
• Act proactively, identify solutions for the day to day tasks, discuss requirements, functional design with solution architects, present findings, assessments, documentation in a professional manner to the architects and development lead
