Job description, responsibilities and duties
Junior Operations Support for Service Level Agreement performance will be responsible for:
• Monitoring and reporting on the operational performance – measurement and analyze of KPIs (key performance indicators) based on defined WLA (working level agreement)
• Ensuring that appropriate SLA's (service-level agreements), OLA's (operational-level agreements) and WLA's with the customer and internal delivery organizations are in place
• Securing the operational processes adherence and the application of continual service improvement activities
• Analyzing customer specific requirements to be integrated to global processes and tools.
Requirements:
• University degree in electronic / telecommunication engineering, computer science;
• Minimum half year of relevant work experience
• MS Excel programmer level
• MS Access programmer level or any other database experience level (MySQL)
• Understanding of eTOM/ITIL processes
