Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
• Working with customers to identify computer problems and advising on the solution;
• Logging and keeping records of customer queries;
• Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems;
• Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves;
• Working with field 3PPP engineers to visit customers if the problem is more serious;
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment.


Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in electronic / telecommunication engineering, computer science;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with preferred hands on delivery experience in SI solutions like administration of Information Systems, IT solutions, security solutions, enterprise solutions or equivalent experience;
• Experience in Win2012 administration and knowledge on VM Ware platform;
• IP network competence;
• Protocol knowledge like TCP/IP, SIP, SNMP etc.
• Good understanding of high availability environments, MS cluster knowledge
• Advantage - experience with Database (MS SQL);
• Advantage - experience in Backup environments;
• Good capability to establish relationship with customers, flexibility, open & sales oriented mindset and challenge spirits;
• Firm, bright and cooperative person who can drive changes and improvement;
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills;
• Slovak and English advanced;
• Driving license “B“ is mandatory.
