Job description, responsibilities and duties
Integration/Support Engineer for Windows OS focuses on continuous operations project and change management of the Windows operating systems of several severs.
The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment during implementation phase and standard operation and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He/she works in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Support presales activities, including pre-studies
• Plan the implementation of the Product Configuration / Integration work
• Execute Product Configuration
• Execute Integration work
• Prepare acceptance test and handover to customer
• Identify and drive improvements
• Identify and solve problems
• All change management in the environments under his/her responsibility
• Customer contact on the projects/tasks he/she is responsible for
• Provide consulting
• Availability and capacity management.
To fulfil these tasks, regular standby and occasional weekend work is expected.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• University degree in electronic / telecommunication engineering, computer science
• 3 years + experience with preferred hands on delivery experience in SI solutions like Management Information Systems, IT solutions, security solutions, enterprise solutions or equivalent experience
• Excellent in Win2012 administration and knowledge on VMware platform
• Protocol knowledge like TCP/IP, UDP, LDAP, SIP, SNMP etc.
• Good understanding of high availability environments, MS cluster knowledge
• Experience as application designer and/or developer
• Experience in Backup environments
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Strong IP network competence (IP Network design, IP Works, IP security, Microsoft certification path)
• Database (Oracle, MS SQL) knowledge and experience
• Good capability to establish relationship with customers, flexibility, open & sales oriented mindset and challenge spirits
• Firm, bright and cooperative person who can drive changes and improvement
• Experience in leading and coaching working groups and team
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
