Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide generalist administrative support to CEE and ME Regions and Senior HR Business Partner in relation to New Hires, Leavers, Change Process & Payroll actions;
• Assisting with the Day 1 HR Orientation Process & New Hire Business Induction;
• In conjunction with Senior HR Business Partner, prepare input payroll files for respective countries;
• Recruitment (close cooperation with the Recruiter in UK, mapping of manager’s needs, advertising, maintaining relationship with personal- and advertising agencies, updating Taleo, prescreening & interviewing, end-to-end hiring process administration);
• Foreigners’ registration (work permits & residence permits);
• Organization of the corporate events;
• Organization of trainings with external providers;
• Policies & procedures creation and update in line with the corporate requirements;
• To ensure that all electronic and hard-copy personnel files are maintained accurately for region;
• To take ownership of the HR Network drive and HR EMEA Intranet Site for respective region, ensuring it is updated and organized logically;
• To contribute actively through appropriate ideas/suggestions to introduce smarter, more effective or efficient ways of working within the HR EMEA team;
• Ad-hoc HR projects as agreed with the Senior HR Director, International EMEA & APAC.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Administrative HR support of the CEE countries in conjunction with the Senior Regional HR Business Partner;
• Local Bratislava office presence & support of the Senior Regional HR Business Partner ;
• Ad-hoc project work for the Senior HR Director, International EMEA & APAC as appropriate.

Keys for Success in Job:
• 1+ year’s HR experience is a must (HR administration, payroll, recruitment, legal advisory);
• English language on advanced level both written and spoken is essential;
• Excellent administration skills, well organized and scrupulous attention to detail;
• Financial bias with good analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Not daunted by high volume, reactive workload – thrives in a process environment;
• Engaged & Proactive HR Team Member;
• Self starter who is methodical, results driven;
• Flexible, receptive and adaptive to change;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal;
• Confidentiality is maintained at all times;
• Experience working in the Software Industry, ideally US Companies is a benefit.
