We are looking for a talented HR Representative for our global HR Team based, from our Bratislava office in Slovakia.

The HR Representative will provide administrative support and guidance through our HR Shared Service function.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide generalist administrative support to CEE Region and HR Business Partner in relation to New Hires, Leavers, Change Process & Payroll actions
• Assisting with the Day 1 HR Orientation Process & New Hire Business Induction
• To ensure that all electronic and hard-copy personnel files are maintained accurately for Region
• To take ownership of the HR Network drive and HR EMEA Intranet Site (CEE Region), ensuring it is updated and organized logically
• Ability to back up HRIS specialist in her absence
• In conjunction with HR Business Partner, prepare input payroll files for Poland, Slovakia and Hungary
• Foreigners’ registration (work permits & residence permits)
• Organization of the corporate events
• Recruitment (close cooperation with the Recruiter in UK, mapping of manager’s needs, advertising, maintaining relationship with personal- and advertising agencies, updating Taleo, prescreening & interviewing, end-to-end hiring process administration – requisitions and offer approvals, offer negotiations, offer letters)
• Policies & procedures creation and update in line with the corporate requirements
• To contribute actively through appropriate ideas/suggestions to introduce smarter, more effective or efficient ways of working within the HR EMEA team
• Ad-hoc HR projects as agreed with the HR Director, International (EMEA & APAC)

Essential Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support of the CEE European Countries in conjunction with the Regional HR Business Partner
• Local Bratislava office presence & support of the Regional HR Business Partner and Bracknell 1st line contact as necessary
• Ad-hoc project work for the HR Director, International (EMEA & APAC) as appropriate

Preferred Education & Experience:
• 3+ year’s HR experience minimum;
• Hungarian language is a plus
• Experience working in the Software Industry, ideally US Companies
