Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an Accountant Assistant at Epicor you will have a key role in finance being responsible for the full accounting process for UK. The role requires excellent English.
Responsibilities on AP side:
Queries – issues on TB, account coding
Vendor setup approval
Employee setup requests in our systems
AP write off/credit approvals
TB review
Payment approvals
AP close and GL reconciliations
AP invoice checking & posting
Bank reconciliation
Responsibilities on AR side:
Credit limits
Write offs – FX, credit approvals
Manual invoices (rent, service charges, MDF)
Aged debt reviews
AR close & GL reconciliation
90 day reports
AR in US format
Deferred maintenance reconciliation
Unpaid maintenance
Bad debt provision
AR invoice checking & posting
Revenue accruals

Interco confirmations – AP&AR
AP/AR Revaluation, Close and Reconciliation
