Job description, responsibilities and duties
Due to continued growth an Account Representative vacancy has arisen at our Budapest office.
Objective
The Maintenance Services Account Representative is responsible for collecting Maintenance Revenue for a particular product or region or set of customers, as assigned by management. The main aim is maximization (increase) of maintenance revenues.
The Role:
• Responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts and ensuring that they include all adjustments for upgrades and add-ons, cancellations and downgrades.
• Calculation of Renewal rates and comparing this to the goals of maintenance
• Negotiating with clients where they decide not to renew maintenance, the aim is to keep customers on this revenue stream.
• Coordinating with Client Account Manager on maintenance renewal activities where this is needed.
• Rescuing burnouts where possible using discretion in offering incentives to get the customer back on board.
• Forecasting maintenance revenues.
• Sell support services as and when available.
• Ensure that all maintenance renewals are invoiced.
• Assist Credit Manager in collecting aged receivables for maintenance.
