As a Support Consultant for our Managed Services Team, working from our offices in Bratislava you’ll work on a number of key tasks that are essential in ensuring our business growth and maintaining our reputation as a world class enterprise software service organisation – these include:
• Receive and analyze inquiries from customers and users
• All customer issues to be logged and tracked
• Provide training to users on questions related to implemented systems and processes
• Test solutions, scripts and fixes, write reports or snap searches and co-ordinating issues with other departments
• Consult with experts beyond Managed Services on issues that cannot be solved
• Coordinate with the customers on solutions to be completed at the customers site
• Test and script software fixes provided by the Development team and prepare execution instructions for the relevant users and customers
