Job Description
Responsibilities:

•Manage an operational SLA metrics scorecard for allocated focus accounts to perform consistently better than 90% SLA and/or lead opportunities to improve and/or exceed results
•Determine gaps in existing supply chain organizations, processes, and systems that hinder the accomplishment of customer SLA objectives
•Participate in improvement/reengineering projects across any area of the supply chain: manufacturing, engineering, order fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, etc.
•Counsel business leaders as a trusted advisor, determine the approach for executing high level operational plans, and develop creative solutions in support of strategic accounts
•Leads cross business/function teams to develop and implement business and supply chain processes in support of strategic accounts
•Anticipate emerging trends that may impact the function's strategy
•Maintain rigorous approach to daily order backlog review, including pro-active, tactical intervention to address all at risk orders
•Share ideas and learning with the EG Focus Account SLA Management team so that other Account Teams and customers might benefit
•Host regular performance review sessions with ESSN SC functions and front end account representatives (ie Account Operation Manager, AOM)
•EG EMEA Supply Chain point of contact for AOM and Sales team on customer requirements and SLA performance related matters
•Leveraging End-to-End operational performance data, scrutinize and develop Supply Chain improvement plans covering:◦Order receipt to manufacture, manufacture to ship; ship to delivery
◦Highlighting off goal performance and driving corrective action plan in collaboration with SC operations teams

•Ongoing management of customer specific processes (e.g. Build-to-Stock inventory levels, Material Reservation….)
•Represent EMEA ESSN SC in all Account Team reviews (including face to face meetings)
•Ambassador for SC in front of the customers
•You will partner with the SC management team to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business environment.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience Required

•University degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
•8+ years of experience in supply chain roles and organizations
•Advanced understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)
•Identifies and creates superior analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions
•Advanced communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language. Able to represent HPE effectively before customers, in facilitating meetings and conference calls, and before large audiences.
•Advanced internal and external relationship management skills
•Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling
•Superior project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization
•Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
•Extensive Understanding of HPE's overall business strategy
•Advanced understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP, master scheduling and Sales & Operations


•Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
•Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
•Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
•Ability to influence and drive change
•Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
•Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
•Frequently represents the organization to external customers
•Collaborates across regions and business units.
•Typically interacts with Directors and VPs.
•Leads quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support proactive supply chain operation activities & priority projects.
