Key responsibilities:
• Identify and solve problems and incidents in SAP CPM area.
• Work on small changes (change requests)
• Keep contact with the customer and understand customer needs
• Minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
• Improve and optimize customer's application environment
• Achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
