Senior Technical Cloud Deployment Project Manager

• Provide project management and leadership for Helion Managed Cloud Virtual Private Cloud site deployment projects. Projects will include deploying new VPC infrastructure into existing sites due to significant growth, new HW & applications added as part of new VPC releases and features, platform refresh and migrations.
• Management of cross-functional project team of less than 40 people, interfacing regularly with internal teams (local Delivery team, DC teams, Engineering, Networks, SW installation and testing teams) and external vendors. Frequently represent the organization to other teams and vendors.
• Manage project financials including tracking of all costs (hardware, cabling, and labor costs) and making reliable forecasts.
• Coordinate change requests and attend CAB reviews with the local Delivery team. Knowledge of Change Management processes is a plus.
• Preparing weekly status reports, attending staff meetings (AMS time zone), issue review meetings, etc.
• Must be flexible and able to work some hours regularly overlapping with the AMS time zones.
• Work across multiple business units to oversee all aspects of the projects ensuring that all areas are addressed and being adequately covered.
• Oversee project financials of all projects globally including tracking of all costs and provide reliable financial forecasts.
• Actively drive efforts to simplify, streamline and reduce costs for ongoing deployment efforts.
