P1 - PPA

- Align the creation of PPA reports with the series releases of components, which occur twice a year. This will ensure that the reports are timely and relevant.

- After each series release, generate a PPA report that details the performance, potential, and anomalies of the delivered components. This report should be comprehensive and adhere to any established reporting standards.
- Review the PPA reports and identify any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement. Implement necessary actions or changes before the next series release to improve the quality and performance of the components.

P2 - Planning & Status Reporting incl. Coordination

P3- KPI-Tracking 

- Establish a system for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to the quality of the project. This could involve setting up automated tracking tools or manual check ins to monitor these metrics.
- On a weekly basis, determine the quality maturity level of the project. This involves assessing the current state of quality control processes and practices, and categorizing them into predefined maturity levels.
- As part of the weekly quality maturity level determination, conduct a risk evaluation. Identify potential risks associated with the current quality maturity level and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

P5 - QA - Strategy and Plan

- Regularly adapt and review the Quality Assurance (QA) plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective. This involves updating the plan to reflect changes in the project and conducting reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to outline the work to be done in the upcoming increment. This involves coordinating with the development teams to understand their capacities and align their work with the project’s goals.
- Implement a system to track the progress of QA planning within the development teams. This could involve regular check ins with the teams or the use of a tracking tool to monitor the status of QA activities.
