Lean Specialist

• To perform lean manufacturing throughout the company as lean specialist. As project leader to make improvement on all area in co-operation with other manager or function
• Ability to effectively manage multiple complex tasks, simultaneously, planning and scheduling work and activities to meet cost and schedule parameters.
• Coaching and challenging operational team leader and supervisors in a demanding change processes
• Performing internal audits, monitoring progress and changes
• Ability to analyze complex situations involving diverse data and information such that common causes and threads of similarity are identified for appropriate action.
• Ability to work effectively with all departments as well as customers and suppliers to accomplish objectives with positive outcomes
• Implementation of lean thinking methods and solutions
• Leading improvement projects
