Operative Buyer- Standard Components (Passives, El. -mechanic))

Main responsibilities:
 Definition of the optimal purchasing parameters of the order (Qty and delivery date)
 Ordering and controlling of its orders to the suppliers
 Communication of deviations
 Escalation of deviations (qty, delivery-date, etc)
 Purchasing according to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
 Minimizing of Excess-Material
 Support of the Supplier performance rating
 Support of the reduction of the no of suppliers
Outcome required:
 Purchasing according to the local Sourcing Strategie of the commodity
 Timely supply of the production with all the material
 Reduction of the stock to improve the ITO
 Accompany the whole purchasing process from the ordering and acknowledgement handling, claiming the supplier in the case of delay.
