Account Manager

Account Manager is responsible within a BU to manage the multifunctional team dedicated to serve one customer. Responsibilities are divided into three main areas:

1) Customer Relationship Management (creation, development and maintenance of the customer relationship, ensuring of the customer satisfaction),

2) Sales and Operational Management (meeting the sales and operations targets, realization of ordered/forecasted sales, material margin, EBIT, cash to cash, creation and implementation of solutions for customers needs), and

3) Profit Management (meeting the profit targets).
