Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsibility in the terms of quality for corresponding international customer
  • Interface with Engineering to ensure transfer to Production of new products
  • Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality guidelines, quality procedures, visual aids, reporting system
  • Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns
  • Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system,
  • Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system
  • Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
  • Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
  • Develop training to build quality awareness
  • Preparation of QA reports
  • Participate in workgroups (e.g. FMEA, Control plan, Quality plan, etc.) to ensure the quality input (Information)
  • Continue communication with all relevant departments (e.g. SDT, Engineering, Quality Assurance, etc.) and therefore the responsibility to coordinate corrective actions in case of product deviations (Communication/Corrective Action)
