Product Engineer

• Planning, developing and ensuring efficient and quality manufacturing process according to requirements for products under PE responsibility
• Finding out product related technical requirements, implementing requirements and ensuring documentation. Documentation updating
• Developing and implementing product related testing and controlling strategy in co-operation with other engineers
• Implementing manufacturing processes for new products. Selecting and implementing best possible working methods, tools, fixtures, process materials etc. in co-operation with other engineers
• Technical communication with customer and internally
• Leading RMA repair and repair service. Aligning RMA repair and repair service with customer. Participating actively in 8D process
• Leading preparation of Quality Plan (Flow Chart), Control Plan and FMEA. Preparing MPQ and coordinating MPQ implementation
• Leading ECO and making design change proposals to customer
• Preparing customer audits, participating in audits
• Participating actively in improvement projects
